Pro Performance Sports (PPS) and Happiness is Egg Shaped share the same values of Rugby Union and Growth Mindset. PPS and Happiness is Egg Shaped will look to jointly run improvement programmes, supporting development and growth of rugby Clubs / Schools / Colleges as well as other sporting and/or business organisations.
PPS has previously worked in Australia, the UK and the USA to up skill coaches, players and rugby administrators, and with a lot of success.

PPS have been involved in the Club Game and the Buildcorp National Rugby Championship in Australia and are spreading their message by giving coaches a chance to develop their knowledge and skills, while looking holistically at the programmes in place to promotre growth. PPS have a positive reputation that they hope will be enhanced through the partnership with Happiness is Egg Shaped.
Having previously worked in America, PPS are set to manage and run a programme of performance clinics on the East Coast this Summer (see below). This is an exciting time to be involved in the game in the USA and getting on at the ground level bodes well for the future.
